Cooper Orthodontics Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a front desk receptionist that reports directly to the orthodontist. This is NOT a role for someone looking to “get their foot in the door.” We’re looking for someone who loves administrative work, talking with patients and is passionate about the mission of Cooper Orthodontics.

Success is:

  • Answering phones and emails promptly and enabling clear communication throughout the team;
  • Recording communications in EHR;
  • Following up on deliverables for patients;
  • Scheduling management for patients in EHR as well as calendaring support for the orthodontist on Google Calendar;
  • Online researching to support live session research for orthodontist (guided by and coordinated with a strategy contractor);
  • Ordering marketing supplies and organizing team making marketing runs;
  • Setting up recording space for audio and visual sessions for social media posts;
  • Attending team meetings and related tasks, including but not limited to taking notes, creating agenda, tracking digital to-do lists, and tracking deliverables;
  • Processing patient payments and record payments in EHR;
  • Guiding patients through basic home-care via phone, video call, email, or HIPAA-compliant texting;
  • Coordinating team events and trainings; and
  • Managing the recalls and patient contact system.

Skills Needed:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in an administrative role;
  • Strong scheduling experience;
  • Focus on details and task prioritization with patients in-person and via phone digital platforms;
  • Ability to anticipate needs of both patients and doctor before they occur; and
  • Strong connection to the mission of Cooper Orthodontics.
  • Familiarity with Apple products preferred.

Cooper Orthodontics Sales Representative – Orthodontic

Cooper Orthodontics exists to provide quality patient care leading to a beautiful smile as well as a healthier life.

Our team is looking for a salesperson that can show a track record of closing deals. Although dental experience is a great “plus” so that you already have some jargon, we are willing to teach you about orthodontics if you can sell cases.

What winning looks like:

  • Working closely with Dr. Cooper and A Brand Strategy to execute marketing plan to garner new leads.
  • Ensuring all the preliminary paperwork and photos are in the chart and Dr. Cooper is briefed on the patient’s needs to create custom videos and have diagnostic conversations
  • Selling the value of a Cooper Orthodontics smile
  • Discover each person’s blocks to starting by asking questions and getting curious about each person then finding ways we can serve them best
  • Guiding their new patient experience until bonded with appliances and adjusted into treatment
  • Tracking marketing and sales statistics so you know

  • Track a process for each patient and guide them through their first 100 days by coordinating the team for their best experience

Cooper Orthodontics Chairside Assistant

As one of the best orthodontic clinics, we hire great people to keep our company strong. We are looking for someone to be at the chair with patients, then take care of the patient’s needs both in the clinic and behind the scenes. We’re not looking for someone who just wants to get their foot in the door! We need someone who desires to be a career orthodontic assistant.

This role comes with the following responsibilities:

  • Must be willing to perform clinical procedures such as taking digital photographs and x-rays, fabricate essix retainers, fit bands, change arch wires, perform indirect and direct bonding, keep accurate inventory, and effectively navigate computer software.
  • Prepare for clinical appointments ahead of schedule and guide the patient experience
  • Made it this far? Great! Let’s be sure you’ve got the following:
  • Needs to be excited to learn new processes such as iTero scanning, lingual brackets and 3D printing
  • Good time management
  • Adherence to all safety and infection control rules is required.
  • Apple computer experience is preferred
  • Administrative tasks and organizational tasks outside the clinic, but still inside working hours
  • Strong communication skills, especially with patient both verbal and written
